-You understand that all orders you place are binding contracts between you and Euro Gold Sales.
-You understand that we can refuse service to any individual or entity we happen to feel like refusing service to, no matter why we happen to feel that way.
-You understand that this agreement is continuous and shall inure to any successors of Euro Gold Sales, or of the user.
-You understand that if a court or arbitrator in one jurisdiction should find a provision of this agreement unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement and the agreement in other jurisdictions is unaffected.
-You understand that EuroGoldSales is not a financial institution and does not accept deposits or conduct any banking operations.
-You understand that this is the entire agreement between you and EuroGoldSales and that the agreement does not need to be signed by either party to be effective and binding on both parties.
-You understand that if you breach any of the terms and conditions set out on this page that your order will not be valid. This is considered "breaking the rules" and an investigation will need to take place. Euro Gold Sales gives no guarantee of how long an investigation will take. If you break the rules we immediately move your order to the very bottom of our priority list so that we can deal with the legitimate orders in a timely manner.
-You understand that whilst we investigate your order will in effect be frozen which means your e-Gold account will not be funded and your money will not be returned to your bank until the investigation is complete.
-You agree that you are not attempting to use Euro Gold Sales service for any kind of fraud including but not limited to any attempted money laundering, structuring, or violations of the U.S. Patriot Act or the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act.
-You understand that if you use spam in any way whatsoever associated with EuroGoldSales, all relevant authorities will be fully notified to advance criminal prosecution, and EuroGoldSales will commence legal action against you for reputational harm.
-You understand that EuroGoldSales is not liable in any way whatsoever for any financial or other losses you may experience, in any way, due to network, software or hardware problems of any kind, whether caused by EuroGoldSales or any other party.
-You understand that delays caused by legal action against digital gold currency operators, or digital gold currencies themselves, or their associated companies, are beyond the control of Euro Gold Sales and any delays or loss of funds caused by any such legal action is beyond the control of Euro Gold Sales and you will not hold Euro Gold Sales liable.

-You agree that you have checked the latest fees on our FAQ page before submitting the order.
-You accept that due to market conditions, all fees can change at any time.
-You accept the current fee schedule posted on the Euro Gold Sales web site. Information can be found on the rates page and on the FAQ page.
-You understand that you are responsible for any fees charged by digital gold currencies.
-You understand that bank fees may be charged and EuroGoldSales will not be held liable for any loss due to bank fees.
-EuroGoldSales may cancel your order at any time without reason with no compensation from loss in gold price fluctuation.
-You accept that if an order is cancelled you will be responsible to pay all bank fees associated with the entire transaction.

-You understand that you must keep your personal information (address, name and all other details) current on each and every order at the EuroGoldSales web site. You understand that we will use your personal data to verify your identity and will cross check the information if necessary with various databases and catalogues.
-You agree that all information you supply us is true and accurate
-You accept that if you enter misleading information you have broken the rules - see above (General)
-You give Euro Gold Sales permission to contact your bank if necessary to enquire about the source of funds.
-You accept that it is forbidden to buy or sell Digital Gold on behalf of a 3rd party. If you buy Digital Gold it is for your own use and if you sell digital gold, you are selling your own gold.
-You accept that upon request you will need to supply photo identification and proof of address to EuroGoldSales before your order can be completed and that we may hold your funds without processing the order until the requested ID is provided.
-You understand that due to changing regulatory conditions throughout the world, totally beyond the control of EuroGoldSales, you may well be required to provide new or different identification or documentation requirements, in the future, to continue using EuroGoldSales.
-You understand that Euro Gold Sales will usually contact you by telephone before processing your order, and that your order may not be processed until we have spoken to you.
-You understand that if you request a refund Euro Gold Sales may need to request photo identification and proof of address from you before your refund can be completed.
Time to fund your order:
-You accept that although Euro Gold Sales will do everything within its power to complete your order on the day your ID is received or the day we contact you by phone,

-You understand that any attempted fraudulent use of EuroGoldSales including but not limited to any attempted money laundering, structuring, or violations of the U.S. Patriot Act or the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and reported widely to appropriate authorities.
-You accept that Euro Gold Sales has a ZERO tolerance on anyone trying to defraud or Scam Euro Gold sales or any of its customers and associates.
